    Tekka
Tekka is the fully customizable character that is used by the player.
  • Action Girl: The player has the option to make Tekka a female.
  • Fusion Dance: He is able to fuse with every Dragon Ball character.
  • Golden Super Mode: If you choose to make Tekka a Saiyan, he can go Super Saiyan.
  • Hero-Worshipper: Absolutely adores Mr. Satan and even based his outfit off of his.
  • Master-Apprentice Chain: Can potentially train under Goku, which gives him a rather long chain considering all the characters that he has trained under. He can actually train under two of these mentors, those being King Kai and Master Roshi.
  • Punny Name: Tekka is named after a condiment made from boiled or fried root vegetable. Strangely though, despite the vegetable based name, official media portrays him as an Earthing.

    Pinich
Pinich is Tekka's best friend and Saiyan rival.
  • Fusion Dance: Fuses with several characters over the course of the story, such as Vegeta.
  • Golden Super Mode: Like most Saiyans in the franchise, he can turn Super Saiyan.
  • Hero-Worshipper: Like Tekka, he also adores Mr. Satan and even based his fighting style off his.
  • Horrible Judge of Character: He, albeit slightly hesitantly, willingly fused with Frieza and Cell.
  • Super Mode: Due to still having his tail, he is able to undergo the Great Ape transformation.
  • Theme Naming: Continuing the Saiyan vegetable naming, he is named after Spinach.
  • Unwitting Pawn: Frieza and Cell take control of his body after fusing with him.

    Other Characters
Various generic fighters competing in the Timespace Tournament. Like the canon characters, they can be recruited into your team after defeating them.

  • Acrofatic: Macaroo, Camarbo, Parl, Lugo, and Panna, who possess more rotund body types than others. In-story, the five of them form a team known as the Obese Chiefs.
  • Amazingly Embarrassing Parents: Nazz is often annoyed by her father Garatz's antics, especially his jokes.
  • Ascended Demon: Kadoola is a demon who rose up to become the leader of all the fighters he defeated in Hell, but expresses the desire to someday go to Heaven.
  • Badass Family: The Saiyan family consisting of Garatz, Zysa, and their daughter Nazz.
  • Badass in a Nice Suit:
    • Leganon is a Saiyan who moved to Earth to do business there, with his outfit consisting of a dark blue suit and an orange tie.
    • Dran is an Earthling bodyguard mentioned to have been in countless battles, with his attire consisting of a black suit and a red tie.
  • Big Eater:
    • Macaroo got fat after eating too much to try and build stamina. He expresses the desire to be slim again, but the food he eats is too delicious.
    • Among Camarbo's interests is being safe and eating five meals a day.
    • Lugo is a Namekian who got fat after moving to Earth and started ingesting things other than water.
    • Panna ended up getting chubby after her training sessions made her post-training meals taste better, although it is said to have made her more resilient.
  • But I Read a Book About It: Hoji is a martial artist and researcher possessing a lot of knowledge on different styles, a common saying of his being "Yeah, I think I've heard about that… somewhere!".
  • The Chosen One: Sesamy believes herself to be legendary Super Saiyan, being a skilled fighter who underwent harsh training to try and prove it. There might actually be something to her claims considering she's one of the only two unfused generic Saiyan characters (the other being Skwash) capable of learning Super Saiyan.
  • Combination Attack: Many of the EX Fusions are capable of this. There are even a few who can use two, like Tiradoola (the fusion of Doola and Tirami) who can learn both the Crusher Spirit Ball and Crusher Destructo-Disc.
  • The Corruption: Ghiro and Ryuto are Namekians who turned evil while in the Demon Realm, the two of them using techniques learned from there as part of their movesets.
  • Dance Battler: Lullus is a Majin girl who became a dancer after she started doing it as part of her martial arts training.
  • Dirty Coward: Goyan is a Saiyan thug who fights using traps and trickery, and never tries to take his opponents head-on.
  • Dirty Old Man: Calao is an old man said to love girls of any race, but is still a talented fighter.
  • Distaff Counterpart:
    • Shorny, Kranola, Vereen, Parm, and Doola are female versions of the Ginyu Force.
    • Kiclee and Prika can respectively be seen as female versions of Goku and Vegeta.
  • Fan Boy:
    • Kiclee came to admire Super Saiyans after reading about them in a picture book, having entered the Timespace Tournament to hopefully meet and get an autograph from one.
    • Mabon is a martial artist who looks up to Tien, to the point where he drew a third eye on himself with a permanent marker.
    • Granyu is an alien fighter mimicking the attire and moves of Great Saiayaman.
    • Moolin is a Namekian who looks up to Piccolo, with his attire greatly resembling the latter's.
  • Fusion Dance: Saibaking is a top-grade Saibaman born from multiple Saibamen fused together.
  • Gun Fu: Gato and his sister Chocora are practitioners of gun fighting in addition to martial arts.
  • Half-Human Hybrid: Shalot is a Saiyan who is one-quarter Earthling.
  • Lady Looks Like a Dude: Invoked by Chokly, who dresses like a boy due to her dislike of being treated like a girl.
  • Never Mess with Granny: Stabba is an energetic elderly female Saiyan who is a master of kenpo.
  • Non-Human Humanoid Hybrid: Nenjo and Mint are Saiyans who are one-quarter Offworlder.
  • Old Master: Several of them, including Rakyo, Lomen, Stabba, Kalpochof, Chauda, Caluppa, and Kabla.
  • Old Soldier: Caluppa is an older member of the Frieza Force said to have trained thousands of new recruits throughout his career.
  • Pop Idol: Pipila is a famous music idol from the Demon Realm who joined the tournament mistakenly thinking it was a concert, but still chose to participate.
  • Powered Armor: Haric is a warrior CEO from a business on a faraway planet who fights using a special muscle-enhancing power suit he himself designed.
  • The Prankster: Several fighters are mentioned to utilize various pranks in combat, such as Cissito, Chapp, Tartar, and Mepple.
  • The Proud Elite:
    • Kalif is an elite female Saiyan warrior stronger than most of her peers, said to be cool and high-handed with no mercy for her enemies.
    • Yunaly is the daughter of the CEO of a Saiyan conglomerate on another planet, having received an elite education and is said to be skilled at just about everything.
  • Recycled Animation: Their hair, clothes, body types, and faces are all taken from various characters from the canon, with most of it being color-swapped. An example is Chinjao, who has the face of Nappa, a black version of Vados' hairstyle, the top half of teen Gohan's blue fighting outfit, and a blue version of the bottom half of Android 19's outfit.
  • Raised by Orcs: Fargo is a Namekian who was taken in and raised by the Frieza Force when he was a baby.
  • Robot Me: Androids 33, 44, 55, and 76 are androids created in the likeness of criminals in Dr. Gero's villain database, but are actually quite friendly toward others, including Goku if he's in the party. This implies that much like Androids 17 and 18 before them, they managed to completely override Dr. Gero's commands.
  • Super Mode: Skwash and Sesamy are the only two generic Saiyan fighters who can learn Super Saiyan, with fusions involving them also being able to use it.
  • Weak, but Skilled: Most of them are weak on their own, but a few are capable of learning rare and powerful moves that can be passed on to the EX Fusions they are involved in.
