The Yellow King, who kept with him a shard of the defeated fourth Chrome Disaster.
- Bad Boss: His scheme to take the Red King's head involves letting Chrome Disaster infect a member of the Red Legion and drive at least one Yellow Legion member to total point loss. Radio seems to be entirely fine with this, apart from some feigned righteous indignation, since he hopes to take Scarlet Rain's head.
- Combat Pragmatist: His first encounter with Haru and co, involves gaining up on them with his minions and guilt tripping Black Lotus with imagery showing how she killed Red Rider. He also retreats when Cherry Rook shows up and has his forces retreat when confronted with a disadvantage.
- Hate Sink: In book 2, since Cherry Rook is ultimately a Tragic Villain who was corrupted by the Armor of Catastrophe, Yellow Radio's smug and manipulative attitude, as well as him being responsible for Cherry being infected in the first place, makes him the most despicable figure in the arc.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Nearly was done in by Cherry Rook, the player he had injected with the shard of the 4th Chrome Disaster. He uses his illusion powers to escape.
- Karma Houdini: Never receives any comeuppance for unleashing the 5th Chrome Disaster in book 2, even denying that it happened. Since Scarlet Rain has no concrete evidence of his giving the Armor of Catastrophe to Cherry Rook, she can't accuse him of anything.
- Karma Houdini Warranty: Scarlet Rain and Black Lotus finally get payback against Radio in book 23, by making him look like a pedophile in front of the other Kings (as well as a very disturbed Lemon Pierrette).
- In the Back: One of his illusions get stabbed from behind by Cherry Rook.
- Lean and Mean: His avatar is very lean and lanky with long arms and legs.
- Manipulative Bastard: Yellow Radio manipulated Cherry Rook to become the fifth Chrome Disaster so that he would attack his Legion, so he could attack the Red King for violating the non-aggression treaty.
- Master of Illusion: He has abilities that cause illusions to distract his enemies. This is common for yellow colored avatars.
- Monster Clown: The design and appearance of his avatar.
- Red Baron: Known by the title "Radioactive Disturber".
- Smug Snake: He expected Kuroyukihime to stay down after reliving her guilt, and is shocked when she gets up. His overall faked politeness gives off this vibe as well.
- Teleportation: Book 25 reveals that he has an Incarnate technique called "Clown's Last Resort" which can teleport himself and others in a puff of smoke. This appears to be the only true teleportation ability in Brain Burst,note and it's implied that there's some factor which prevents him from using it more often.
- Token Evil Teammate: Despite his unpleasant personality and past clashes with Black Lotus and Scarlet Rain, he assists the heroes against Nyx in Infinite Burst.

A level 4 member of Crypto Cosmic Circus who participates in the attack on Scarlet Rain in volume 2.
- Boisterous Weakling: Dramatically announces "It seems the great Cyan Pile was all talk. Remember this, the name of the one who killed you is Sax-", only for Pile to blow his head off before he can finish.
- The Cameo: Appears in an illustration in volume 14 as one of the Burst Linkers infected by the ISS Kit.
- Humongous Mecha: A huge, blocky avatar resembling a construction vehicle.
- Multi-Armed and Dangerous: Has multiple cranelike arms emerging from his back.
- This Is a Drill: One of his crane arms ends in a conical drill.
Lemon Pierrette

An avatar styled after a young female jester balancing on a ball. Eventually revealed to be Yellow Radio's real-life little sister.
- Hidden Depths: In book 24, when an emergency meeting is assembled with two non-Kings from each Legion, Pierrette comes alone and turns out to have such "logical, big-picture opinion[s]" of the current crisis that the other attendees are briefly stunned into silence.
- Obfuscating Stupidity: It's implied that she's actually pretty clever, just too shy/introverted to express her opinions directly.
- Perky Female Minion: Her main role in the story is to hang around Yellow Radio repeating his words and giggling a lot. Other characters have described her as a "mascot".
- Villainous Harlequin: Similar in style to Yellow Radio.
