Base Breaking Character / The Fairly OddParents!

• Poof. He is either an adorable and perfect addition, or a useless Satellite Character that doesn't add anything to the cast.
• Foop, Poof's evil counterpart, is either a funny character in the vein of Stewie Griffin or an annoying one-note Replacement Scrappy to his father Anti-Cosmo (and the Anti-Fairy race as a whole)^note He didn't exactly replace the other Anti-Fairies, but he appeared a lot more often than them after being introduced. His Villain Decay in the later episodes doesn't help. There are also those in the middle, who like him but find him overused at the expense of the other Anti-Fairies.
• Trixie Tang, especially her Post-Flanderization self. There are fans who still like her for her tomboyish and nice side and for reasons related to Shipping, and liked her role in "Wishology", but other fans hate her for her Jerkass and snobby behavior and for her many Kick the Dog moments toward Timmy. She is also hated by Timmy/Tootie Shippers. However, both sides agree that Trixie, like many other characters, was wasted.
• Timmy's Dad, depending on who you ask. He's either memetically hilarious and got better because his relationship with his son got better in later seasons, or an obnoxious Manchild who is seen as neglectful and mean spirited toward his son.
• Denzel Crocker. There are fans who hate how loud and annoying he is because of the Flanderization and overexposure he went through in the last two seasons. However, there are other fans who still love him for being a Jerkass Woobie, and a hamtastic villain.
• While there are some fans who find Cosmo's ditzy personality to be funny and endearing, there are others who find him to be obnoxious and insufferable because of it, and also hate him for being the cause of many problems, notably in "The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker!" where he causes Mr. Crocker to lose his fairy godparents.
• Wanda. Some like her for being the only sane character, others hate her for being a constant nag that gets on Timmy and Cosmo's case over the slightest mistake. Doesn't help that she became dumber and less useful in Season 10.
• Chloe Carmichael. A large portion of the fandom find her as a Little Miss Perfect who makes Timmy look like even more of a loser by comparison, and who Timmy has to share his fairies with due to a "fairy shortage" despite her not meeting the requirement of being miserable (especially when compared to Chester^note Lives in poverty in a trailer with his dad, who has to wear a bag on his head because he's a disgraced and notoriously awful former baseball player or Tootie^note Lives under the same roof as Vicky, no further explanation needed other than to say that "Birthday Wish" confirms that she's at least twice as miserable as Timmy is). She is also hated for her loudness and her role in every episode she appeared. On the other hand, there are also fans who like that Chloe is a positive female character, since most of the other female characters are either Alpha Bitches (Trixie), irredeemable Jerkasses (Miss Doombringer and Vicky), borderline-criminal stalkers (Tootie), or one-off characters (Molly and Missy), and that she's much less of a Sue after her debut episode. There were even a few fans hoping Chloe would become Timmy's new love interest and ship her with him, even though Butch has denied that in one of his videos.
• While Tootie has many sympathetic qualities such as having Vicky for a big sister, truly loves Timmy for who he is, and sharing the same level of humilation as Timmy, she still has her fair share of detractors (usually from Timmy/Trixie shippers) for her Stalker with a Crush tendencies, her hyperactivity thanks to Flanderization, and her obnoxiously squeaky voice. While her obsession with Timmy is meant to be Played for Laughs, her actions in the later episodes became more creepy than cute. For example, in the episode, "He Poofs, He Scores", one of Tootie's cheers mentions how she "stalks Timmy every night".
