- Episode 1: Elita-1's pursuit of Hardtop and Swindle and subsequently flattening them with little effort.
- Episode 2: Basically ANY time the Transformers take to battle on screen. Bonus points to Dot for joining in on the fight despite being a human.
- Episode 3:
- Bee's first scenes on his way to the barn.
- Twitch and Thrash successfully rounding up all the cows.
- Episode 4: Swindle has Mo cornered and is about to squash her when Dot comes to her daughter's rescue and rams the Decepticon with her car.Dot: Mom rule number 1: Don't mess with my babies!
- Episode 5: Twitch and Thrash manage to complete the training level with help from Robby and Mo. What makes this notable is the fact that this exact sim was last used by Megatron and therefore set up to his standards.
- Episode 6: Twitch, Wheeljack, Robby, and Alex dispatching the Arachnamechs.
- Episode 7: Bumblebee's tracking skills are shown in full swing.
- Episode 8:
- Both Optimus and Megatron taking down Soundwave.
- After being conspicuously absent from promotional material, Starscream makes his debut in an Early-Bird Cameo at the end of the episode, still voiced by Steve Blum.
- Episodes 9 & 10:
- The Optimus and Megatron vs. Nova Storm and Skywarp fight in "Age of Evolution" two-parter is 'stunningly' animated, featuring fluid and weighty combat and some impressive weaponization of the faction leaders' alt-modes.
- Three words: MEGA. MANDROID. MECH.
- Episode 11:
- Hashtag using her new alt-mode to take total control of G.H.O.S.T.'s systems, with them completely unable to stop her.
- Episode 16: The Terrans working together to take down a reactivated Shockwave.
