- Chapter 87: Esil, terrified as she is, manages to distract Baran long enough to allow Jin-Woo to finish the fight with a devastating uppercut.
- Chapter 110: Within a Red Gate, Jin-Woo encounters the dungeon boss: a giant, monstrous centaur who commends Jin-Woo for reaching him "in spite of his short stature" and for knowing his language. He then tells Jin-Woo that he has already lost since his comrades were lying in wait hidden in the forest, and bellows at them to come out... only to get confused as nothing happens. Jin-Woo then orders his Shadows to come out, who promptly drag the dead monsters out of the forest.Jin-Woo: Looks like there's nobody left.
- Igrit and Beru work together to neutralize the boss monster when he moves to attack Jin-Woo, taking out An Arm and a Leg before he can get far. Tusk ends the fight by using gravity magic to force the boss to the ground.
- Jin-Woo looks the boss dead in the eye and lays his demands:Jin-Woo: Answer my questions. It will be less painful for you if you do.
- Chapter 113:
- Hae-In utterly defeating Igrit, one of Jin-Woo's strongest Shadows. And this was after he equipped him with the Demon King Lightning Sword.
- Hae-In demands Jin-Woo summon Beru (the Shadow of the Ant King who nearly killed her before and he didn't summon fearing she would get PTSD from seeing him again), revealing she knows he has him and states she wants to fight him.
- Chapter 122: Woo Jin-Chul is tasked with overseeing Jin-Woo and the Ahjin Guild's first official Raid while within an A-Rank Gate. His summary?Woo Jin-Chul: That... was not a Raid. What I saw was a one-sided massacre.
- Chapter 123:
- Jin-Woo goes into the Double Dungeon that appeared in his sister's school - which turns out to lead to the same place where he originally got his powers. The boss tells him it wants to test him - and casually blocks Jin-Woo from using his shadows. And when he proves strong enough to easily deal with the huge statues trying to kill him, it just summons another statue that is to the others as they are to pre-empowered Jin-Woo. Namely, the same giant statue that originally gave all the Hunters so much trouble the first time Jin-Woo entered the dungeon.
- Chapter 130: Jin-Woo overrides the System and blocks the Architect's attempts to destroy it by revoking his admin privileges, before killing him.Jin-Woo: It seems that your design had flaws.
- Chapter 134:
- Jin-Woo arrives to an evacuating hospital in Japan just as the giants prepare to attack it. The first thing he does is have Jima, who's grown large enough to match the giants in size, stop an attacking giant by throwing his trident, which lands with enough force to send the giant flying halfway across the block.
- A small moment for Jin-Ho, who insisted on tagging along for Jin-Woo's trip to Japan: even though the list of things he can do to support Jin-Woo in a fight is, in all likelihood, ridiculously small, he still takes a small weight off his shoulders by using his shield to save a couple of civilians from being crushed by falling debris, before declaring that he will help with the evacuation while Jin-Woo fights the giants.
- Chapter 142: Jin-Woo extracts the Shadow of the dragon Kamish from its corpse, 8 years after its death.
- Chapter 156: Thomas Andre faces off against and trades blows with the Beast Monarch.
- Chapter 161: Jin-Woo meets face to face with the Shadow Monarch, whose power he inherited.
- Chapter 190: After investigating a suicide case, Jin-Woo helps the soul of the poor girl avenge herself against her Lecherous Stepparent by resurrecting her as a shadow, then allowing her to tear him apart once he makes it clear he's not sorry. Once she's finished, she takes a moment to thank Jin-Woo.
