• You know the scene.
• The part where Vale and the other scanners sit in a circle and join minds is cool in a mysterious, intriguing way. Being a scanner usually entails lots of suffering, but for a change they're ecstatic to use their powers to emphatically understand one another on a deeply personal level. It's the only scene where Vale seems comfortable with his powers, which makes it all the more unfortunate that the meeting is then interrupted by Revok's goons.
• Vale's finest moment is probably the final twist in the film. When Revok utterly destroys his body, Vale becomes eerily calm despite being set on fire, as Revok goes into a deep trance and starts howling in pain. Kim later finds Vale's charred corpse, as Vale soon reveals that he took over Revok's body and left him to die in his own.
• Blowing up an entire computer room with nothing but his mind probably counts as well. It's a pity the gas station and phone booth had to get caught in the crossfire.
