Awesome / My Hero Academia: Unchained Predator

Let's be real, there are going to be plenty of badass moments in a crossover between Doom (2016) and My Hero Academia, so buckle up!

  • Doom Slayer vs. Shigaraki. Curb-Stomp Battle barely describes the gloriously one-sided asskicking Shigaraki receives at the hands of the Slayer when he threatens Izuku at the mall. Too bad Deku, Iida, and Dabi had to spoil the moment...
    • On the flipside, props to Deku and Iida for being brave enough to stand up to the Slayer and not get killed in the process.
  • The Pro Heroes attempt to apprehend the Slayer as he makes his way to I-Island, believing that their superior numbers and varied powers can overwhelm him. The Slayer proves them wrong by effortlessly beating them without taking a single life in the process.
  • Doom Slayer vs. the Steel Sabers. All of it.
    • The Steel Sabers can count as a villainous example of awesome mainly due to them being skilled soldiers of fortune who have killed 246 superpowered individuals with nothing but military tactics and conventional weaponry.
  • Slayer vs. Nine, Chimera, and Slice. While the villains initially manage to surprise the Slayer and land a few hits on him, once the Slayer recovers, he goes right back to what he excels at: killing evildoers with extreme prejudice.
  • VEGA gets one by helping the Slayer take out the mercenaries, hacking into the I-Island robots to deliver some robotic justice onto the hero killers.
    • His speech to Nine and his minions is pretty awesome in its own right as it drives home to the villains how outclassed they are compared to the Slayer.
    • He also manages to dissuade Izuku from interfering with the Slayer and Miruko's battle against Wolfram by using cold, hard logic to disassemble his arguments and educate him on what it really means to serve justice as a hero.
  • Doom Slayer vs. Endeavor, Round 2. The Flame Hero gets the humbling of a lifetime.
  • Chapter 21 has The Slayer going up against not only the Japanese Pro-Heroes, but also other heroes from other countries who were being held hostage. They have a similar humbling from the first time this was tried.
    • The same chapter has All Might go toe to toe with the Slayer, and to say Yagi gave it his everything is an Understatement. While it still ends up as a Curb Stomp Cushion in the Slayer's favor, the fact Yagi actually dented the Praetor Suit ended up impressing Taggart since nothing Hell could throw at it could do the same thing as what he did.
