Awesome / Lucky Star: After Story

• Hachiro's epic What the Hell, Hero? speech to Tadao and Sojiro in Chapter 2, warning the two bickering fathers what might happen to Konata and Kagami if they don't accept the love the two girls have towards each other, and it works.
• As mentioned in Chapter 11, during the Tohoku Earthquake, Mariko jumping on top of Chiyoko to protect her and taking the brunt of the debris when part of the building they were in collapsed.
• The performance of the Red Roses and Blue Violets at the Halloween concert in Chapter 19. At the end, everyone cheered and applauded.
  • Also during that scene, Nanami's awesome guitar solo.
• In Chapter 27: The Red Roses and Blue Violets do another epic performance.
  • During that same scene, Hiroko's epic saxophone solo.
• Chapter 28: Mikoto standing up against the two jerkasses, who were not only harassing Yutaka and Minami, but they were also insulting her. Even though they were stronger than her, it was still pretty awesome to see her try to fight back.
  • The crowd of about 200 people watching this also got one. They managed to overpower the troublemakers and pull Mikoto away from her assailants. And a few of those dragged the two back into the building to face their comeuppance. Laser-Guided Karma at its finest.
• During their honeymoon, Yutaka and Minami find they are unbelievably lucky when it comes to gambling. Even more awesome is the fact that none of the casinos they went to tried to cheat them. This means that either East Coast casinos are highly-regulated in the Lucky Star universe, the two were focused enough to avoid distractions by casino employees, or they managed to find some very loose slots.
  • At another point during their honeymoon, they are seen kissing by a homophobe and attacked. Fortunately, bystanders are quick to stop him, and the perpetrator gets his just desserts.
