Volume 1

    Sonnie's Edge
  • The beastie fight - Fragile Speedster vs. Lightning Bruiser. Where Serial Escalation takes place in the space of about five minutes from a creature that uses Ludicrous Precision to something with a blade arm UNDERNEATH THE ACTUAL ARM OF THE CREATURE!
    • This counted as one In-Universe, too, as Wes was genuinely curious how they'd managed that feat of bioengineering.
  • Khanivore's splitting head-tail appendage, doubly used as both a sort of Doc-Ock vibe for navigation as well as spear-like weaponry to hit Turboraptor several times at once.
  • The Reveal for what Sonnie's "Edge" is: Fresh from getting her head stomped in by Dicko's female bodyguard, Sonnie's mocking laugh echoes through the comms and points out that what they just "killed" was a Remote Body created for the sake of keeping up appearances after her old body was destroyed during the rape. Sonnie's actual body is the 900lb killing machine in the stasis tank behind them. Dicko and his bodyguard... don't make it out.

    Three Robots
  • The fact that cats were able to trick the humans into giving them opposable thumbs thus outliving their usefulness to the cats. What is the only creature living on the desolated earth now? Cats, talking, fluffy and thumb having cats.

    Suits
  • See the picture above.
    • Nothing to see here, just farmers taking care of some bugs with super mechs, average day on the space farm.
  • Helen just lost her husband and is sent to the bunker by Beth. Not having that, she grabs a shotgun and starts blasting DeeBees to protect Beth.
  • After dying his hero's death saving Hank and Mel, it's Jake who again saves the day, when Hank uses the scarecrow Jake had given him to anchor his mech in the fight against the giant bug.

    Sucker of Souls
  • The crew is not accidentally running into Dracula while raiding the castle. They showed up reasonably prepared, and even use a local superstition that turns out to be true to fight their way out of his fight.
  • Dracula, meet C4 plastic explosive.

    Good Hunting
  • After years of being the hunted, a Huli Jing of new magic is about to show the Rich and Powerful what it means to be hunted.

    Shape-Shifters
  • Decker's wolf form is absolutely imposing, being noticeably larger than the older antagonist and outright dwarfing the younger. Thanks to his sheer power and some clever fighting, he manages to outfight and kill both enemies despite being outnumbered and sucker punched.
  • After spending the entire episode putting up with discrimination against his kind (despite the fact that he has been helping them), Decker basically tells his ungrateful commanding officer to go fuck himself, tears off his dog tags and leaves with his friend's body to go bury it in the mountains of Afghanistan, never coming back.

    Helping Hand
  • An accident leaves the lead, Alex, adrift in space. With oxygen running low and rescue too far away to help, how does she plan to save herself? By taking off the left arm of her spacesuit—exposing her bare skin to the frozen void of space—and throwing it so her trajectory will carry her back to safety. Unfortunately, it isn't enough. So Alex tries again by ripping off her frozen arm. This time, she succeeds.

    Lucky 13
  • Three transports get bounced by enemy fighters while trying to extract a group of Marines. Two of the transports are destroyed trying to escape, but Colby and Lucky 13 manage to not only avoid being shot down, but manage to destroy both fighters.
    • Lucky 13 lifts off, only for Colby to realize one Marine got left behind. They drop down by the cliff's edge, lowering the ramp just long enough for the Marine to jump in before they slam the door shut and dive past the cliff to avoid the next pass from the fighters.
    • One of the fighters is destroyed during a high-speed head-on pass with Lucky 13 when the latter pops flares perfectly timed to smash through the fighter's canopy, immolating the pilots.
    • Oh, and how did they shoot down the first one? During an Aerial Canyon Chase through a series of stone columns, they used Lucky 13's guns to shoot up the columns as they flew past, causing the collapsing structures to crush the pursuing fighter.
  • When Lucky 13's luck runs out, Colby can't get her harness to release, leaving her stuck in the cockpit just as the enemies fire a heavy weapon at the ship. As luck or something else would have it, this spares her life as the weapon blows a hole through the space just behind the cockpit.
    • The self-destruct doesn't go off when it's supposed to, instead delaying just long enough for the enemy troops to swarm around the ship before it goes off, ensuring that Colby, Lee, and the Marines are able to make a clean getaway.

    Zima Blue

    The Secret War
  • It's Siberian demons vs. the Red Army circa 1942. Nazi Zombies ain't got nothing on this.
  • The big machinegunner ends up fighting the extremely lethal demons hand-to-hand, and actually killing quite a number of them. When the ammo for his gun runs out, he pulls out a shovel and goes to town on them. He even uses one of the demons as a blunt weapon against the rest.
  • One of the soldiers after being gored and thrown off a cliff by a demon, manages in mid-fall to pull the pin on one of his grenades so upon impact in the swarm below he takes a few more with him.
  • You can see in the morning following the platoon's Last Stand the toll they inflicted on the demons through the night, you can hardly see the ground from the bodies littering the valley floor. And then a flight of bombers arrives and blows the entire horde to kingdom come, avenging the lives lost. Muggles Do It Better.

Volume 2

    Automated Customer Service
  • The old woman managing to get hold of her neighbour's rifle and blow the vacuubot to kingdom come.
  • Before that, her buying herself some breathing room by throwing the laundry basket at it, triggering its program to tidy things up.
Old woman: Fluff and fold, motherfucker!
  • Also her refusing the customer service's extortion at the end, choosing to take her chances escaping the vacuubots rather than pay them to be put on their "vacuubot extermination whitelist."
    The Tall Grass

Volume 3

    Bad Travelling
  • With a bloodthirsty thanapod hiding below deck, and a treacherous crew above it, Torrin manages to come up with a plan that takes out both of those problems through simple guile and trickery.
    • Once he realizes the thanapod is more intelligent than it looks, he wastes no time in negotiating his safety from the creature, along with the key to a gun hidden in the captain's quarters.
    • He takes control of the situation above deck, and gets the current captain tossed into the thanapod's clutches.
    • When he learns that the entire crew has no qualms with taking the creature to an inhabitated island to save their own skins, he manages to manipulate them in such a way that he can efficiently take them out one by one.
    • Finally, he confronts the creature, ignites the barrels of oil stored below deck, and escapes the burning ship and the wrathful creature, taking it down for good.

    Night of the Mini Dead
  • Humanity is more or less screwed the entire short, unable to deal with the unending hordes of the zombie apocalypse. Still, some pockets of humanity do manage to put up an impressive fight.
  • Once its clear humanity has no chance of surviving, the US president decides to invoke Taking You with Me, launching all of the worlds nukes as a final "fuck you" to the zombie apocalypse.
US president: Ah, fuck it! "Arms the nukes" Suck on these!

    Kill Team Kill
  • The episode asks the question: What happens when you give GIJoe an R rating and an actual animation budget? The answer is 11 minutes of testosterone fueled awesomeness, as an army platoon faces off against a cyborg grizzly bear.

    In Vaulted Halls Entombed
  • When most of the squad have been consumed by a swarm of tiny monsters, leaving three survivors in a massive underground chamber, Spencer takes a knee and begins praying. Harper crouches in front of him to offer him this bit of encouragement:
