Season 1

Episode 2 Explosion Berries

Kipo and her friends escaping the Mod Frogs on a stolen dragonfly. The epic chase through the ruined skyscrapers where in they narrowly avoid death or collision on multiple occasions. In particular Kipo managing to outsmart Jamack right when he has her cornered while making it look as though she's about to accept his offer to sell out her home.
Got to give it to Jamack who was able to keep up with them throughout the entire chase and was only beaten because he thought Kipo would save herself.

Episode 3 Real Cats Wear Plaid

Kipo recruiting the Timbercats; she's seen riding the leader's pet and being followed by all of the cats. She proclaims to her friends how they said she'd need an army, so she got one.

Episode 5 The Astronomers in Turtlenecks

Wolf's Badass Boast to the Newton Wolves when they decide to eat Kipo in place of Jamack.
Bad Billions: Oh we'll have dessert. But if not frog, then what will we hunt?
Wolf: (grasps Kipo's wrist before a fierce gleam creeps into her eyes, Tranquil Fury in her voice) Not them. They're slow. They're stupid. And they're not a pack. If you want a real hunt, hunt me.

Episode 9: Mute-Eat-Mute World

In the middle of a four-way stand-off between different mutes for Kipo, Jamack casually strolls up and makes his own claim on Kipo. The groups all burst into laughter at the very idea... and the Wolves realize a second too late that Jamack put Megabunny fur on all of them. Which proceeds to explode out of the ground and create enough chaos to take down all of the mutes, leaving Jamack as the savior of the heroes.
Jamack: (laughing with them) Yeah yeah, keep it up everyone. You're gonna love it. It's gonna be great. Ah... you idiots...

Episode 10: Beyond The Valley of The Dogs

The episode closes with Kipo and her dad captured by Scarlemagne. It looks over, with Wolf even promising Benson they'll get them back... then Kipo tears her captors a new one, drops back down and says she's gonna be doing the rescuing.

Episode 1: Paw Of The Jaguar

Dahlia is shown to be quite handy with an axe. While Benson and the others are stunned by this, Wolf appears to be genuinely impressed.

Episode 6: Fun Gus Part II

Kipo's rage filled transformation accompanied with the wild and warlike No Anchor background music is truly an epic moment for the series.

Episode 9: All That Glitters

Mandu vs. Dr. Emilia. After being treated as a nuisance throughout the last couple episodes, Mandu gets her CMOA by stopping Dr. Emilia with, of all things, the remains of Wolf's stalky.

Episode 10: Heroes On Fire

It turns out Kipo hatched a plan to outsmart Scarlemagne, just in case he wouldn't change his ways. With Mulholland’s help, she contaminated her own water supply and Scarlemagne's pheromones supplies with waterbears so her mother and the rest of her people wouldn't be subject to his mind control.
Song and Kipo, mother and daughter, working together as megamutes to save everyone. Also counts as Heartwarming.
Dave gets to turn into his Prime Adult stage on instinct and manages to beat the crap out of Gerard.
Wolf, Benson and Dave manage to bring Kipo back to normal by singing "Heroes On Fire" song.

Episode 1: Everything is Crabs

Kipo now has total control over her Mega-Mute Jaguar powers, transforming back and forth several times during the episode and the whole season.
- She even fights well with Song against a horde of Mega-Mute Crabs to protect a group of Mega-Mute children.
The Timbercats and the Umlaut Snakes put their differences aside for good as they set up a trap in only a few minutes to kill the Mega-Mute Crabs and protect the forest.
- They also eat part of the Crab they just killed to celebrate their newfound friendship and the birth of the HMUFA together with Kipo and her friends.

Episode 2: Code Word Milkshake

Kipo, Wolf, Benson and Troy saving the mutes captured by Emilia on board her ship, leading to Boom-Boom blowing up her lab and Kipo destroying the ship's sonic emitter.

Episode 3: A Wolf in Wolf's Clothing

Wolf chases Margot around the Timbercat forest, scaling trees and jumping from massive balls of yarn, and eventually pins her down in front of Scarlemagne's cage.

Episode 08: Hidden Treasures

After spending the previous episode cautiously trying to voice his changed opinion to Dr. Emilia and getting forcefully (and at one point, literally) shot down, Zane wordlessly turns his back on Dr. Emilia and leaves to help with Prahm.
Although she is an evil woman, there is no denying Dr. Emilia scaling the Mega Walrus, jumping onto its tusk, taking a sample of its blood, and shooting a cure dart into its mouth while airborne is pretty cool.

Episode 10: Age of the Wonderbeasts

All of Kipo's friends and family charge at Mega-Mute Dr. Emilia to save Kipo, all getting at least one hit in.
- Song charges full-speed atop a Mega-Mute Dog towards Mega-Mute Dr. Emilia, wanting much-deserved revenge for keeping her from Kipo for 13 years of her life.
Scarlegmange saving Kipo at the cost of his life.
Scarlemagne: (shouts) Leave my sister alone!
Emila getting trapped by Fun Gus.
The very fact that Kipo managed to change the surface world into a place that is safe for humans and mutes alike.
