• Hanne and Heidemarie's escape from prison—specifically, the reveal that they're actually Elluka and Gumillia, with Elluka summoning a wind so powerful it knocks poor Ayn out cold.
• Gumillia taking on Mayrana in combat. Unlike Elluka, who's paralyzed with doubt at her faltering powers, Gumillia engages in a complete no-nonsense strategy with her opponent (unfazed by all the gloating they do) that quickly turns into a Curb-Stomp Battle with all the spells at her command. Even before that, she's the one who ultimately realizes that "Julia" is actually Mayrana in disguise, not Elluka. The confrontation really shows how she's come into her own both as a sorceress and a clever tactician.
