"Gettin' awesome on a Friday night, yeah!"

Beware of unmarked spoilers!

Game:

  • The premise of the game in general: you're a young man who wants to date a girl, but her ex-rockstar demonic dad doesn't approve. How do you convince him to change his mind? By beating him in a rap battle!
  • There's something awesome and heartwarming about the fact that Boyfriend is willing to face off against demons, a hitman, a terrifying monster, and armed soldiers just so he could stay with Girlfriend. The Power of Love is in full effect here.
  • During Week 4 while facing against Mommy Mearest you fight her on top of a speeding limo. Not only is the stage itself cool, but you also sing in harmony with her for a good portion of her songs, this combined with her beautiful voice provided by Monica Franco, result in one of, if not the, best weeks in the game.
  • During Week 7
    • When it's clear that Tankman is going to be a sore loser about getting beaten in the singing battles, he orders his men to shoot Girlfriend... who immediately begins to use her previously-unseen demonic powers before Pico comes to their defense. Cue the last song "Stress", where Pico is blasting other Tankmen away with his UZIs, protecting both Boyfriend and Girlfriend while the former duo and Tankman duke it out.
    • Mid-way through "Stress", Tankman outright says "Pretty good!" during Boyfriend's turn, the latter having earned his respect.
    • The entirety of Pico's Big Damn Heroes moment before and during "Stress", especially after many people saw him going through Badass Decay in Week 3. It shows Pico doing what he does best: shooting and pistol-whipping people. To the percussion of the music, no less.
  • During Weekend 1
    • When Pico is being chased by Nene, he notices a ladder and shoots it after running under it to have it hit Nene as a distraction.
    • During "2Hot", Darnell will occasionally light up a can of spray paint and throw it at Pico, prompting Pico to shoot it before it hits him.
    • Once Pico runs out of ammo and Darnell runs out of lighter fluid, the two duke it out in fisticuffs. "Blazin" is effectively tuned to the rhythm of their blows.
