Awesome / fault milestone two

• Although Played for Laughs when first demonstrating it to Ritona, Rune's Bullet Time abilities end up saving Selphine's life more than once throughout the story.
• Rhegan proves multiple times just how effective a leader she was throughout her life while operating through Selphine and she exudes so much pure charisma that Rune thinks about how no one would ever say, "No," to her simply because, to them, it wouldn't even be considered an option!
• Rune physically subduing the Guild's heavies to a point where they run in terror! Which is quite an achievement for an otherwise meek and wimpy looking young lady.
