The very principle of Bandit yanking the "For Sale" sign out of the ground with his bare paws! Throughout the episode, everyone has tried to remove the sign themselves, but for one reason or another, couldn't do it. All the while, Bandit's decision to uproot their family for a job that would better provide for them has only made them miserable. The very act of removing and tossing aside the sign is his moment of redemption where he atones for nearly uprooting his family and trulydoes what's best for them!
Flappy the Butterfly ends up being the metaphorical Butterfly Effect in the grand scheme of things. Had it not been for him, Chili wouldn't have thought to drive to the Lookout Point. If they hadn't gone there, the girls wouldn't have put their coin in the binoculars that lead to the Sheepdog Couple spotting Cornelius's vacant house and changing their minds. In that regard, Flappy single-wingedly saved the Heelers from selling their house!
