Prologue Arc
- Chapter 3-4:
- The first time we see what Liu Jin can do with his doctor skill. When he comes across a burning old man, he figures out solely from the context clues laid around him what the old man was trying to create to save himself. Using this newfound knowledge, he succeeds on his first try in creating a medicine to save him. Keep in mind, Liu Jin was eight years old at the time.
- Chapter 10:
- Over the year that it takes to get Jin to be able to enter Poison Fang Canyon, Jin is constantly being poisoned every second of the day to learn and excel on how to expel any and all poisons and toxins from the body, the final test to clear the minimum requirements to go to Poison Fang Canyon was to take a poison that once ingested kills the taker in seven seconds. Jin at that point, before the first second, had already isolated the poison and then immediately expelled it out of his body.
- Chapter 12:
- The fact that Liu Jin didn't die before the Kaiju that is the Nine-Headed Snake God when no one else survived the start of the test - that is, to have one's own Qi produce a poison that kills everything around them in seconds, if they're considered worthy of praise.
New Moon Town
- Chapter 18:
- Jin's and Nan's "fight" against the bandits that attack them. While they were in no real danger because of Xiao Nan was at the start of the Earth Realm (which is the sixth out of nine cultivation realms) he lets Jin handle some of them and Jin handles himself very well, pretty much destroying the bandits with ease because even if they were at a higher level than him he had by far the better technique and conditioned body.
- Chapter 23-25
- Another win for Liu Jin's medical skills - the second son of the Xiao Sect branch master in New Moon Town has an illness/condition that hampers his cultivation severely (for comparison, his older brother by a year is in the inner realm, level 3; and he is in the foundational realm, level 5) After hearing about this, Jin uses a technique that acts as a sonar to see what the problem is and after finding out what and where it is in his body simply makes a pill to cure the condition away.(many doctors before Jin have tried to find what was the condition and failed). Jin was 10 at the time.
- Chapter 29:
- Xiao Nan's absolute curb stomping to the Black Bear bandit group, the group that kill Xiao Dong and almost killed Liu Jin. Nan goes ham on them and they don't have the power needed to even bruise his skin, let alone kill him. He slaughters them to the last man in about a minute when he gets to them.
- What happens to the ones that kidnap Liu Jin and Xiao Heng. They die because they ate the wrong type of fruit. As they tried to check if the fruit was poisonous by using Jin who is almost immune to poisons. They failed miserably and thus died.and all jin has to say to that is this:
- Xiao Heng looks around in confusion. He cannot understand what just happened. He thought for sure he was going to die, yet now he is the one who stands over his would-be killers. Lun Shu and Lun Kai both lie on the ground.''Dead."Boss?" Xiao Heng turns to Liu Jin. The young child is looking at the corpses, an unreadable expression on his face. "What just happened?"I tried to warn them. I really did." Liu Jin's gaze finally meets his, and Xiao Heng shivers. Liu Jin's sad red eyes are hard to watch. When bathed by the light of the red moon, his Boss seems to gain an almost ethereal quality. It feels as if the child in front of him is impossibly far away."Heaven-defying luck? What a bad joke."
Marriage Arc
- Jiangou showing how good of a doctor he is in this arc.
- to elaborate- the Father's tale part of this arc shows Jaingou arriving at Eastern port city after his crippling and jins birth. And we see how even without any ability to use qi he is able to save the day as we see him do the event that got him close to the xiao sect - saving Xiao zheng's life from a parasite that no one had any idea how to deal with. All the while dealing with the discrimination of being a cripple.
Eternal Flame Clan
- The entire entering the sect, through the ash road, to the group getting from outer disciples to inner disciples in a day (to be elaboration)
- New characters being awesome
- Summer forest fight
