Britannians
While the Decepticons declaring themselves the new rulers of Earth is very bad, the one good thing is they wipe the Britannian Empire off the map while also killing off some of its nastier members. These include:
- The captain of Clovis's royal guard, who accused Lelouch of being a terrorist without proof, and when Suzaku refused to execute Lelouch, he shot Suzaku for insubordination. Later, Lelouch hears him and his men gun down a crying child without remorse. He and his men are soon dealt with and forgotten about in the long run like the insignificant Starter Villains that they are when they become the first victims of Lelouch's "Die" command.
- While he can't permanently die, V.V., who was a leading figure in Ragnarok and committed atrocity after atrocity, is killed repeatedly by Megatron and Shockwave via the Cortical Psychic Patch before fearfully submitting to the Decepticons. Later, during the Autobot/Black Knight attack on the Geass Order, Megatron decides he doesn't need V.V. anymore, and steals his Code, rendering him mortal and killing him for good.
- From R1 Chapter 34, the five Britannian soldiers that badmouth Euphemia, calling her a traitor for "showing pity" for the Japanese and the Autobots, calling them filthy creatures, and remarking how they're glad to be rid of her, are soon killed by Suzaku in a fit of rage for sullying her name.
- Luciano Bradley, who's known by the names of the "Vampire of Britannia" and "Homicide Genius," is a murderous psychopath who relishes in the chance to kill on the battlefield because it gives him an excuse to take people's lives without legal repercussions. When he mortally wounds Cliffjumper during the Black Rebellion, Cliff rebuffs his statement that people value their lives the most by declaring that he values the lives of his friends even more than his own before dragging Luciano down with him onto an electrical generator. To rub salt in his wounds (or death), Luciano doesn't even get the satisfaction of being the one to kill Cliffjumper despite dealing him a mortal wound, because Cliffjumper pulled a Taking You with Me on him.
- Emperor Charles Zi Britannia, who was a horrible father to his children and encouraged war while working on the Ragnarok Connection, is killed by Megatron after being made to see Pendragon be wiped out by the Nemesis.
- Dorothea Ernst, the most prejudiced of the Knights of the Round, becomes Devastator's first casualty, dying before she gets a chance to do anything.
- Bismarck Waldstein, the Knight of One, who served as The Dragon to Charles and V.V. in Ragnarok and also dismissed the Japanese being slaughtered in the SAZ Massacre as insects, is crushed to death by Devastator.
- Alicia Lohmeyer, who was one of the more openly racist Britannians, gets incinerated by Bruticus.
- Thunderhoof has Milly's mother, Kallen's stepmother, and the Black King executed for attempting to revolt. It's fair to say they had it coming, seeing how Milly's mother only cared for restoring her family name by marrying off Milly in a loveless marriage, Kallen's stepmother was abusive towards Kallen and her mother, and the Black King was a nasty piece of work who gladly took part in persecuting the Japanese in canon. Also, when Gilbert tried to work with these three to start an uprising in an Energon mine, they refused as they are unwilling to work with the Japanese slaves in the mine simply because they're not Britannian. The fact that Milly, who was undercover on a mission, did not react at all to seeing her mother die is telling enough.
- When Megatron crushes Starscream's coup, he also kills all the Britannian nobles and royals who sided with the latter, wiping the corrupt aristocracy out of existence (leaving only the more noble members who defected to the Black Knights).
- Throughout R1 and R2, Schneizel el Britannia establishes himself as a sociopath who wouldn't hesitate to sacrifice others to achieve his goals, as seen with Suzaku, and he joined the Decepticons so that he could assist them in bringing humanity under their heels, believing that conflict will never end so long as individual desires and free wills exist, to that end, he deems enslavement where everyone is equally worthless under the Decepticons is a much better alternative. But when the Autobots and Black Knights manage to score wins after another over the Decepticons, Schneizel eventually deems humanity too far gone and plans to use Damocles to bomb every major capital and let the survivors scramble among each other for survival. His plans don't make it past the drawing board as Megatron sees to it, crushing the former and Starscream's attempted coup and siccing a synthetic Rust Plague on them. Schneizel's final thoughts are of him panicking about how he has yet to accomplish anything before his body crumbles into dust.
Decepticons
The Decepticons, being a faction of cruel
Galactic Conquerors, have a few examples on their own end as well:
- Airachnid is finally killed during the attack on Castle Weisswolf, and after a long list of atrocities performed over the course of the story, it's well deserved.
- Starscream, responsible for countless horrible deeds before and during the stay, and who was planning to wipe out humanity completely once he was done with the Autobots and Black Knights, is killed when Megatron crushes his attempt to seize power.
Others
In addition, there are a few non-Britannian/Decepticon examples on this list:
- Mao, who was already a nasty guy in canon, is even worse here, as he willingly attempted to join the Decepticons, tried to destroy Ashford Academy with a bomb and a Sutherland, and implied how he might ask Megatron to give him Euphemia and Cornelia, in addition to C.C., for himself after he fulfilled his bargain. He really gets what's coming to him when he is turned over as research material to Shockwave after his latest failure, with Megatron giving him a "Reason You Suck" Speech about how he's nothing more than an arrogant and immature child who's prone to letting his temper get the better of him, pointing out how his bargaining chips are useless thanks to Lelouch's Geass permanently shutting him up, and the fact that Megatron already knew Zero's identity. The next we see of him, he's been reduced to a severed head attached to a bare nervous system, and he's still alive.
- The High Eunuchs are a group of councilors that run the Chinese Federation through the Empress. However, they care very little for the nation's people, seeing them as mere insects, and are even willing to sell out their land and Empress to the Decepticons for greater power, even willing to kill off said Empress, who is only a young teenager, just like the way they had her parents killed off. It all comes crashing down after their true thoughts about the commoners are exposed by the Autobot-Black Knight alliance, causing people to rebel against them. Then finally, Xingke arrives to cut them all down without even giving them a chance to beg for their lives.
