Code Prime - R1: Rebellion

  • Skyquake is noted to have perished fighting on Cybertron rather than dying on Earth in the cartoon. It's fully revealed in Chapter 33 that Ratchet was forced to euthanize him after Megatron poisoned his body with Dark Energon.
  • Kewell Soresi is killed by Arcee instead of Kallen at Narita. Also, instead of being blown up, he's chopped in half.
  • Bart, David, and Edgar Darlton all die differently. Bart is blown up by Bulkhead at Narita instead of being crushed by a falling G1 base in R2. And instead of being killed in R2 by Chiba and Todoh, David and Edgar are respectively killed by Arcee and Rai at Port Yokosuka.
  • Kickback was killed by Sludge on Cybertron in the Beast Hunters comics. In the fic, he's killed on Earth by Bumblebee.
  • Charles died when he was absorbed into C's World by Lelouch. Here, he is killed when Megatron incinerates him with his fusion cannon.
  • Hardshell was killed in Transformers: Prime when Miko fired missiles from the Jackhammer at him. He ends up being killed in the story by Nina's bomb after Shirley rams him through a Groundbridge into Earth's orbit with the Ganymede.
  • Rather than being casually executed by Starscream, Cliffjumper is mortally wounded by Luciano, then drags the man with him into a generator, electrocuting them both. Which is also a different death for Luciano, as he was killed in canon by Kallen blowing up his Knightmare.
  • In canon, Dreadwing is killed by Megatron for trying to kill Starscream. Here, he commits a Heroic Sacrifice, staying behind to blow up the Insecticon hive.
  • Instead of being dismembered by Airachnid, Breakdown gets his head blown off by Rai.
  • Darlton dies during the Black Rebellion like in canon, but it's an Insecticon that does the deed instead of Lelouch.

Code Prime - R2: Revolution

  • Dorothea Ernst, who was killed by Suzaku in canon, is torn to shreds by Devastator's drill during the Britannians' failed attack on the Nemesis.
  • Alicia Lohmeyer died in canon when Suzaku destroyed Tokyo with the FLEIJA. She's killed here when Bruticus incinerates her with his flamethrower.
  • In canon, Bismarck Waldstein met his end when Suzaku sliced his Knightmare in half. Here, he's killed by Devastator when his Knightmare is crushed.
  • Viceroy Calares was killed in canon by Lelouch, who dropped a section of a tower on his mobile base. In the story, he's killed when Slipstream blows up his mobile base with a missile in Area 18.
  • Crime boss the Black King was killed in canon by OSI Soldiers. He dies here when Thunderhoof drops him into a vat of molten metal with Kallen's stepmother and Milly's mother.
  • Toru Yoshida died in canon when Suzaku destroyed the Raiko that he was piloting. He dies in Nerves of Steel when his Knightmare's cockpit is destroyed by Springload.
  • Xingke kills Gao Hai of the High Eunuchs like in canon, but by decapitation instead of throwing a knife into his throat.
  • Rolo/Nebiros dies in canon when he overuses his Geass. In The Fires of Rage, he dies when Grimlock incinerates him in one shot with his T-Rex alt-mode.
  • Raymond du Saint-Gilles and Gaudefroy du Villon were both killed in canon when Shin Hyuga Shaing decapitated both of them. In The Fires of Rage, they are respectively killed by Arcee and Elita-One.
  • Arachnid is condemmed to slow starvation at the end of Transformers Prime. Here, taking no more guff from her, Arcee and Kallen destroy her.
  • Canonically, Urabe sacrifices himself by stabbing his own Knightmare in an attempt to stop Rolo's Vincent from chasing after Lelouch, Kallen and C.C.. Here, he blows up the Red Energon that Bruticus is trying to escape with and is caught in the blast.
  • In canon, Mao dies when C.C. shoots him in the neck with a silenced pistol. Here, C.C./Cera's Akatsuki bisects him and his Knightmare, killing him.
  • Bartley Aspirus was killed by the Black Knights in canon during the attack on the Geass Order. Here, he's shot by turrets controlled by Arkeville.
  • Senba of the Four Holy Swords died in canon when Gino bisected him in his Knightmare, while in the story he's killed by a Red Pawn.
  • V.V. still dies from fatal wounds after his Code is taken. However, instead of Charles being the one to take his Code, it's Megatron.
  • Inoue still dies, but instead of being killed by Britannian forces, she's among the many that are wiped out by the Damocles' fusion cannons.
  • Like Inoue, Asahina is killed by the Damocles' cannons, as opposed to being killed when Suzaku destroyed Tokyo with a FLEIJA.
  • Instead of being gunned down by Ashley, Gene Smilas dies when his mobile base is destroyed by the Terrorcon Driller.
  • Shin is killed when Akito decapitates him, whereas in canon he died when Jean fatally shot him.
  • Lelouch, who was stabbed to death by Suzaku in canon, is killed when Megatron hits the Shinkiro with an energy wave from the Dark Star Saber. And similar to a certain canon, he's revived soon after.
  • Megatron met his end in canon when Bumblebee ran him through with the Star Saber. Here, Lelouch is the one to finish him off, letting him be consumed by C's World.
