While Observer on Timeless Temple, Epic of Remnant and Cosmos in the Lostbelt has Solomon/Goetia, four escaped Demon God Pillars and the Foreign God/the Foreign World CHALDEAS using U-Olga Marie as its vessel respectively, due to Fate/Grand Order having multiple chapters, it has several Arc Villains serving as The Heavy.

- Irreversible Trash Heap, Id: Le Comte de Monte Cristo, another form of Edmond Dantès, who puts the protagonist through the emotional wringer to show them the driving force of the Avengers and how it conflicts with the protagonist's ideals. While Alessandro di Cagliostro tries to be this, he gets outplayed tremendously by Dantès and is more of a Post-Final Boss than anything.
- Abnormal Gravitational Field - The Olga Marie Quests: The Count, Alessandro di Cagliostro, who turns U-Olga Marie's shattered Saint Graph into multiple elemental U-Olga variants that he refers to as E-Olga Marie. Each one serves as The Heavy and Final Boss of a Presidential Singularity. Cagliostro, however, states that the Olga incarnations are the true stars of the show rather than himself and explains all he did was activate them. E-Aqua Marie (the second incarnation encountered) confirms that Cagliostro has no control over any of them, meaning they are all acting independently of their own free will, essentially claiming the role for themselves, which admittedly didn't seem to bother Cagliostro at all.
