I removed the Rimmer example from the “Nice Job Breaking it, Hero” trope. This trope is when the hero has through some action actually made things worse. So they do something and it ends up having negative consequences. The example deals with Rimmer being distracted by the music and as a result, failing to help the others with the squid. So he fails to do something and that has negative consequences. Looked at another way, things got worse because he failed at making them better. I do not believe that fits the definition of this trope.
