* ArmorPiercingQuestion: After being placed in confinement by the Legends, and no closer to having the Loom resurrect her mother, a bitter Astra says she shouldn't have trusted John. John quickly fires back and asks her if she ever did trust her, or if she just ran out of options.

* ConflictingLoyalty: When discussing who to bring back first with the Loom John ends up torn between his promises to both Astra and Zari. In the end he sides with Astra as she later rubs in Zari's face.

* HeadbuttingHeroes: At the start of the episode the Legends are torn over who to use the Loom on first, with Astra and John voting for her mother, Zari and Nate wanting to resurrect Behrad, and Ava wanting to use the Loom to fix Sara. After damn near coming to blows Charlie pulls rank as the only one who can use the Loom and says they will resurrect Behrat. Though it become a moot point when she can't use the Loom by herself.
* HereWeGoAgain: After the excitement is over with Gary Jr., Gary reveals that he got himself a new therapy pet, Gary Jr. II a rabbit. * ArbitrarySkepticism: Upon finding out about her visions of the future, both Ava and John write Sara off as crazy, even though precognition isn't the strangest thing any of them have seen by a wide margin.

* ForTheEvulz: Marchosias isn't working for the Fates; he just seized an opportunity to wreak a bit of havoc.

* MoralMyopia: Astra's anger over the Legends not trusting her is a bit rich considering she only recently stopped unleashing Encores onto Earth and is quite openly only working with the Legends because she expects to get something out of it, even trying to manipulate Zari into letting Astra resurrect her mother before trying to bring back Behrad. Zari explicitly points out that if Astra wants to be trusted, she should try ''being trustworthy''.

Added DiffLines:

* TokenEvilTeammate: Astra is only sticking around with the Legends because she hopes to get something out of it, and she makes it clear that what she wants is her top priority (she tries to insist that her mother be resurrected before Behrad, even though the Legends intend to do both), but in the end, she does help the crew send Marchosias back to Hell.
* TwitchyEye: After Gary shows off "Gary Jr. II" and, with oblivious glee, explains that a creepy carny warned him to never feed the rabbit after midnight, Ava's eye twitches terribly and she looks ready to strangle Gary.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: Ava and John are both skeptical of a blind Sara being able to kill everyone on the ship. While blind, Sara manages to land a solid hit on Marchosias (with John's encouragement, ironically).
* VerbalBackspace: Sara says that no one knows how to fix the Waverider better than she does. Except for Ray. And Rip. And Stein, Jax, and Behrad.
