* LethalChef: Some of Grandmother Stuffum's food goes from "weird" to "disgusting", including a living food mook consisting of a disturbingly hairy meatball frozen in an icecube, another consisting of a pork pie with ''tusks'', a third that is apparently a sausage with a pig's snout and chicken wings grafted onto it, and then finally Slamwich himself, who is made with moldy bread.
* MadeOfIron: Grandmother Stuffum takes a barrage of fire from the Kids Next Doors' guns ''and'' is repeatedly punched and kicked by them, and she ''still'' won't go down for the count, instead bringing out her biggest monster.
* MusicalEpisode: Aside from a handful of lines throughout the episode, the only "speaking" done is Grandmother Stuffum singing two songs "Kids Must Eat" and "Slam Witch".
* VillainSong: "Kids Must Eat", which is Grandmother Stuffum singing about how she will ForceFeed the Kids Next Door and make them unable to fight anymore, and "Slame Witch", a bragging song about the power of her mighty sandwich monster.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: As always, Grandmother Stuffum's reason for wanting to feed the kids is they'll become too fat and listless to go and put themselves in danger. One of the main reasons the Kids Next Door dislike her so much is because she tries to do this with ridiculously nasty food.
