Sector V must deal with one of their recurring hassles: a pitched battle with Grandmother Stuffum in the school cafeteria, set to re-purposed GWAR songs.

This episode includes examples of:

  • Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: Most of Grandmother Stuffum's creations are nauseating concoctions, like curried rat and candied lizard, but at one point she mentions "deep-fried boar" — as in, pork. Unhealthy, sure, but hardly disgusting like the rest.
  • Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: After her living food army is defeated, Grandmother Stuffum calls up a Kaiju-sized living sandwich, which Sector V defeats by turning Joaquin the hamster into an equally huge wrestling hamster to eat it.
  • Battle Chant:
    • When Sector V knocks Grandmother Stuffum back into her kitchen, the building starts to rumble and shake, whilst the surviving food starts ominously chanting "Slam Witch!"
    • Grandmother Stuffum repeatedly chants Slam Witch's name throughout the battle against the Kids Next Door.
    • When Joaquin the hamster gets the upper hand against Slam Witch, the Kids Next Door start chanting Joaquin's name.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Joaquin saves the day by turning himself into a giant, rescuing Sector V, and messily devouring Slam Witch.
  • Big Eater: As usual, Numbuh 2 has no problem eating Grandmother Stuffum's cooking like the others.
  • Call-Back: Way back when Grandmother Stuffum was introduced in the first season, her plans were thwarted when the hamsters of the Sector V treehouse rescued the Kids Next Door by eating all her food. And in this episode, she is once again thwarted by a hamster pulling a Big Damn Heroes moment and eating her food.
  • Continuity Nod: Joaquin is enlarged by the same technology Numbuh 2 was developing in Operation K.I.S.S.
  • Cordon Bleugh Chef: As always, Grandmother Stuffum makes grotesque and disgusting food that few would willingly eat, such as toasted bat, curried rat, candied lizard, moose-meat fondue, and other repulsive things.
  • Eats Babies: Grandmother Stuffum sings repeatedly about how Slam Witch will eat the children who refuse to listen to her, and he actually does devour the Kids Next Door - before Joaquin forces him to spit them out.
  • Graceful Loser: Though Grandmother Stuffum loses the fight, she simply cheerfully and sincerely calls out to the Kids Next Door that she'll see them tomorrow, and that she plans on making Scream of Spinach.
Numbuh 4: Get a new cookbook, lady!
  • Here We Go Again!: When Sector V is approaching the cafeteria, they moan about it being lunchtime, with Numbuh 1 saying they have to get it over with. This is a clear indicator that they have this fight with Grandma Stuffum on a regular basis.
  • Heroic Second Wind: Slam Witch gains the upper-hand against Joaquin and begins pummeling him. But right as it seems like Joaquin is defeated, Sector V begin to blast Slam Witch from inside its stomach, giving Joaquin a chance to not only free them, but tear Slam Witch apart and devour it.
  • In the Style of: GWAR of all bands. Specifically, the songs, "The Private Pain of Techno Destructo" and "Gor-Gor".
  • Lethal Chef: Some of Grandmother Stuffum's food goes from "weird" to "disgusting", including a living food mook consisting of a disturbingly hairy meatball frozen in an icecube, another consisting of a pork pie with tusks, a third that is apparently a sausage with a pig's snout and chicken wings grafted onto it, and then finally Slam Witch himself, who is made with moldy bread.
  • Lighter and Softer: The songs are MUCH more kid-friendly than any GWAR song could ever be.
  • Made of Iron: Grandmother Stuffum takes a barrage of fire from the Kids Next Doors' guns and is repeatedly punched and kicked by them, and she still won't go down for the count, instead bringing out her biggest monster.
  • Musical Episode: Aside from a handful of lines throughout the episode, the only "speaking" done is Grandmother Stuffum singing two songs "Kids Must Eat" and "Slam Witch".
  • Not-So-Well-Intentioned Extremist: In "Slam Witch", Grandma Stuffum sings that if she can't force the Kids Next Door to eat her disgusting meals, then she'll use her Slam Witch to devour them.
  • Swallowed Whole: The Kids Next Door are devoured this way by Slam Witch. They critically turn the battle against him by blasting him with rayguns from inside and giving Joaquin an opening to tear him apart.
  • Tamer and Chaster: "Kids Must Eat" and "Slamwich" are covers of "The Private Pain of Techno Destructo" and "Gor-Gor" respectively, with heavily modified lyrics that change the song lyrics from being about slaughter and destruction to being about forcing children to eat disgusting food.
  • Tempting Fate: After it seems Sector V has defeated Grandmother Stuffum, Numbuh 4 remarks that wasn't so bad since she normally makes them eat a lot more than that. As soon as he says this, the whole room starts shaking and the remaining food begin to chant "Slam Witch!" ominously.
  • Villain Song: "Kids Must Eat", which is Grandmother Stuffum singing about her plans of Force Feeding the Kids Next Door until they are unable to fight anymore, and "Slam Witch", a bragging song about the power of her mighty sandwich monster.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: As always, Grandmother Stuffum's reason for wanting to feed the kids is they'll become too fat and listless to go and put themselves in danger. One of the main reasons the Kids Next Door dislike her so much is because she tries to do this with ridiculously nasty food.
