The production itself was already heavily mocked for its poor quality and invasive portrayal of real internet celebrities, but the ''Among Us'' section received particular focus thanks to out-of-context gifs of it going viral, with many mistaking them as coming from a fan-made musical based entirely around the game, leading to further mockery as a result of it appearing right around the time the game's fanbase started approaching critical mass.[[/labelnote]]
