So while it's not a SlaveCollar per se Ouka... made her suggestion of being Shugos dog/pet pretty clear. From that point onward she wears it in both wolf and human form. And while she doesn't seem to consider herself submissive to him she definitely behaves the other way sometimes. Mostly to tease Shugo.
