Misuse; BIONICLE is not (usually) part of the Super Robot Genre, and these examples are describing Mechanical Animals instead.

* Many biomechanical Rahi in ''Toys/{{Bionicle}}'' qualify. They range in size from small as insects to large as towers. In the original saga, these include the Manas ([[GiantEnemyCrab crabs with tank treads the size of a small hut]]), the Mana-Ko (a larger version of Manas), Muaka, Kane-Ra and Kuma-Nui ([[MegaNeko giant cat]], bull and [[RodentsOfUnusualSize rat]], respectively), Tarakava and Tarakava-Nui (giant robo-lizards), Nui-Rama, Nui-Kopen and Nui-Jaga ([[BigCreepyCrawlies at least car-sized insects and scorpions]]). The Rahi Nui is even larger, combining traits from many of these. In later sagas, whole hosts of even bigger Rahi appear, with especially giant ones being the Tahtorak, Zivon, Kanohi Dragon and Kardas Dragon (all essentially {{kaiju}}), various forms of Kahgarak (GiantSpider) the Kraawa (a SizeShifter beast with no size limit), and Krahka, a sapient and sentient ShapeShifter who can grow massive and is technically categorized as a Rahi. Outside of Rahi, various [[FusionDance Kaita fusions]] of beasts like Bohrok and Rahkshi and the Kraahu enforcer mech are also animal-like robots.

* ''Webcomic/SleipnirEquineInvaderFromJupiter'':
** The Valkyrie Units are hummingbird-shaped alien robots that attack Sleipnir seeking to drain their energy. One of them absorbs a nuclear explosion instead, crash-landing on Earth. They serve as incubators for alien bioweapons shaped like a wingless dragon, a rabbit, and a dog, which they inject with Sleipnir's energy to cause them to grow into {{Bioweapon Beast}}s.
** The rabbit BioweaponBeast either mutates into a robeast itself or somehow becomes covered in a suit of PoweredArmor, earning it the codename Tick Tock after the White Rabbit from ''Alice in Wonderland''.
