Zombies and Pillar Men don't have any ice abilities. Dio as a vampire does, but it's not this trope so much as it's a sign of his mastery over his own body. As for the two Stands, they don't have much to do with ghosts other than being made of spiritual energy, and the cold is specific to these two ice-themed Stands.

** In [[Manga/JoJosBizarreAdventureStardustCrusaders Part 3]] and onwards, there are a couple of Stands that have ice powers and, given the motifs associated with stands, play this very straight, such as Pet Shop's stand Horus and Ghiaccio's stand White Album.

Added DiffLines:

* In ''Manga/DeliciousInDungeon'', the presence of ghost is signaled by a drop in temperature, and the ghosts themselves freeze whatever they touch: when one grabbed Laios, frost started spreading across his armor where it was touched. SupremeChef Senshi takes advantage of this by devising a formula for HolyWater that can be swung in a bottle on a rope like a flail; by the time the ghosts have all been exorcised, their cold temperature combined with the shaking from swinging the rope has turned the holy water into sorbet.
