* ''VideoGame/FalloutNewVegas'' has Beatrix Russell, a cowboy-type with a taste for [[WhipItGood whips]] and domination. When you recruit her to work as a dominatrix at the Atomic Wrangler, she dons a {{Stripperiffic}} outfit consisting of a [[BlackBraAndPanties Black Bra and (Leather) Panties]], a [[OfCorsetsSexy corset]], cowboy hat, and chains. Only problem? She's a ghoul, meaning she has large patches of skin and her nose missing. You can sleep with her as well. The screen fades to black out and you don't see anything, but you can hear... sounds...

* In what has got to be the cruelest joke ever played by the producers of a video game, your final reward for completing the Hell Temple of ''VideoGame/LaMulana'', a PlatformHell level in an already NintendoHard game, is [[spoiler:a skimpy swimsuit]]. The Fan Disservice comes when you then see [[spoiler:Professor Lemeza, the very ''male'' main character, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_69urn7asVA wearing the thing]]]]. The game itself tells you, ''twice'', that you don't want it. On the other hand, [[spoiler:if you're into guys, Lemeza's at least pretty good-looking. The whole thing leans more toward fanservice in the remake, in which you can get Mulbruk to wear it herself in the end credits, although you could still consider it a bit of this trope in that the swimsuit was made for her by her ''father''.]]

** Once he became playable in ''VideoGame/BlazBlueContinuumShift'', Relius Clover's [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IN5qyJdTQpw Astral Heat]] involves restraining the enemy in more often than not ''very'' fetishistic poses as he gets ready to [[PlayingWithSyringes experiment on them]]... [[GoryDiscretionShot then the doors close]], and sometimes the character about to be experimented on [[ScreamDiscretionShot lets out a scream]]. For a few examples, the aforementioned Taokaka is locked in a cage and looking like she has no idea of what's going on, the HospitalHottie Litchi is [[BoundAndGagged tied up to a short post]] with her long hair down ''and'' in a pose that flaunts her GagBoobs, Noel is [[ShamefulStrip totally naked]] and strapped to a huge machine with [[SceneryCensor her naughty bits barely covered by devices]], and latecomer Hibiki is strapped to a mix between a clock mechanism and a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breaking_wheel breaking wheel]]. Nothing of this is appealing '''in the least''' when it's right before [[MemeticMolester Relius]] does Gods-know-what to any of them behind the scenes.

* Klump from the ''VideoGame/DonkeyKongCountry'' games is a Kremling mook who is basically a fat crocodile that has man boobs and nipples. No other Kremling has nipples (not even [[BadBoss King K. Rool himself]]), which only proves that Klump was designed to look unflattering as a fat enemy.

** From ''Videogame/FiveNightsAtFreddysSisterLocation'' is Ballora, who is the most humanoid animatronic in the series and has [[BuxomIsBetter noticeable breasts]] and HartmanHips. As the most humanoid animatronic, however, she falls straight into the UncannyValley, and [[spoiler:her blueprints indicate that she's designed to [[DistractedByTheSexy distract parents with her appearance]] while the other Circus Baby's animatronics kidnap/kill their children]]. Also, [[NightmareFace you don't want to see her open her face up]].

* ''VideoGame/CliveBarkersUndying'' has Lizbeth walk around in a shredded white dress, complete with {{Gainaxing}}, which would look sexy if not for the fact that she she's a cursed undead and the sheer amount of blood staining down the front from her previous meal. She's so horrifying that it's not even ''remotely'' attractive. This is driven home when you use the scrye on one of her pretty portraits. However, her [[HaveANiceDeath victory pose over Patrick]] makes it obvious she was intended to be hot in uncomfortable ways. Creator/CliveBarker's stuff tends to be "interesting" like that.

*** Both male and female [[EliteMooks Skulls]] wear very tight and skimpy clothing. They are also completely bald, walk like zombies, and have corpse-like skin. The females are introduced by a moving pan across their {{Gainaxing}} breasts as they fade into view, before panning up to one's face. Her blank, grey face, lips the color of a tar pit, cold, lifeless eye, some sort of Franchise/{{Terminator}}-like device with a glowing red light over the other eye, and [=E2=] stamped on her forehead. She looks kind of like a [[Franchise/StarTrek Borg]] cosplayer.

** Nidoqueen from ''VideoGame/PokemonRedAndBlue'' is a reptilian Pokémon that resembles a vaguely feminine dinosaur with a rhino-like build. Its animations in the ''VideoGame/PokemonStadium'' have it {{Gainaxing}} when released and when using certain attacks such as Body Slam.

** EldritchAbomination Double, who happens to have just as many {{panty shot}}s and just as much {{Gainaxing}} as the rest of the [[PantyFighter all-female cast]].

** Ming Xiao spends ''most'' of the game as a beautiful, elegant DragonLady. However in the penultimate battle you're likely to have against her, she transforms into a hideous, [[BlobMonster slug-like warform]], complete with a goo trail and gelatinous sound effects when she moves. Said warform even has certain... [[{{Gainaxing}} physics]] to make it just that much more unappealing.

** Sebastian's proposed changes to the Windmill Café posters show a sexualized Amelia lying seductively on top of an apple pie. Amelia and Betty both agree that the design doesn't suit the former.

* In ''VideoGame/LoveAndPies'', Amelia is disgusted at the thought of her LoveInterest Joe once dating Edwina, the latter who's around Amelia's mother, Freya's age. She {{imagine|Spot}}s them [[BeachKiss kissing on the beach]] in their swimwear, but can't get the mental image of Edwina in a two-piece swimsuit out of her head.

** Taokaka is a curvy, DarkSkinnedBlonde CatGirl wearing nothing but a hooded cat-themed jacket, panties with suspenders, and boots. She also has a ([[TheFaceless lack of]]) face that looks like the result of a [[Franchise/FinalFantasy Black Mage]], a [[ComicBook/TheMaxx Black Isz]], a [[Franchise/StarWars Jawa]], and a random CatGirl getting really drunk one night and deciding to do something they'd never speak of again. It's never made clear if that's just what she looks like or if her face is hidden in perpetual shadow, but there's a reason one of the most common ways of drawing her OffModel is to give her a normal catgirl face. And, to make this totally weird, despite giving her quite possibly the least sexy face possible, they've done some ''very'' fanservicey official art with her... except in one instance where her hood is down and she's facing away from the viewer. At this point, it's anyone's guess whether they wanted her to be genuinely sexy, sexy mixed with a bit of TheFaceless-fueled {{Squick}} for flavor, or something else entirely.

** Toy Chica from ''Videogame/FiveNightsAtFreddys2'' is [[HotterAndSexier more sexually designed]] than her original counterpart, with curviness, pink shorts, and a version of a NakedApron with her bib. Aside from the fact that she's an [[UncannyValley off-looking]] animatronic for ''a childrens' pizzeria'', she also gets rid of her beak and eyes when on the move, giving her a half-seductive, half-murderous NightmareFace.

* The final boss of ''VideoGame/{{Koudelka}}'' is a demon-possessed doppelganger of a dead woman that emerges from a flower on a giant tree, naked but for the Sephirot tree on her body (with two sephirot covering her breasts and one obscuring her groin, naturally). She'd be a very pretty woman, except for the fact that she is obviously mindless, hostile, and occasionally twists her head around completely or bends her limbs backwards to spider-walk on the walls and ceiling, excavating exciting new depths in the UncannyValley from the first second she shows up. Then she vomits corrosive acid on you. And then turns into some kind of spider/flower/tree thing with a warped human upper body poking out of the center of mass.

The execution in particular is borderline misogynistic, since it basically boils down to the protagonist ''engaging in bondage-flavored rape of another woman to her death'' on a spiked sawhorse in a game that's otherwise goofy and tongue-in-cheek. ''Major'' {{Squick}}. Given the guy behind the game, it ''may'' be intentional.

* The ''VideoGame/DeadOrAlive'' franchise has always allowed you to beat the tar out of beautiful girls until they're unconscious while their undies are exposed, but in ''VideoGame/DeadOrAlive6'', those beautiful girls can have globs of blood and spit knocked out of them from the Break Blow attacks. After the attacks, they'll have bruises and dried blood on the corner of their mouth.

** ''VideoGame/MortalKombat9'' is easily is the king of this trope for the franchise. It has the best graphics for how skimpy the women dress, but there are also potential moments like Jade's massive boobs shaking because [[https://media.giphy.com/media/S8rTeLHWp3T0ORZzaw/giphy.gif her arms just got violently ripped off by Kintaro]], or Sonya's boobs flopping around and most of her butt exposed [[https://media.giphy.com/media/SXmXfo3kAyyCKjnuvK/giphy.gif after she's torn in half by Mileena]]. Indeed, it's hard to find ''any'' of the Kombatants sexy when they're covered in blood. But special mention should go to the aforementioned Mileena, who actually attempts to put on a sexy winning pose after pulling off a Fatality.

* In ''VideoGame/TwoDark, Scarlett's tower has a painting of her laying practically naked on a couch, in all her obese glory.

And she's still wearing what's left of her wetsuit, complete with cleavage.

* ''VideoGame/PandorasTower'': Elena's VaporWear dress often slips down on one side, more than far enough to reveal a breast. Or it would, if the reason for it wasn't that side of her body becoming [[BalefulPolymorph severely mutated]], looking like it's rotting in places and oozing purple gunk everywhere. Something to note is that the dress isn't magical and remains displaced as the curse is suppressed, though she immediately falls into Aeron's arms, preventing the audience from seeing anything. By the time she wakes up, he's fixed it for her.

* ''VideoGame/TormentedSouls:'' We see protagonist Caroline (a young, attractive woman) topless in the first few minutes of the game. There are two problems. First: she's in a filthy bathtub with a tube stuck down her throat. Second: her body model is a bit plasticky, with visible joins at the shoulders.

*** One of the psychopaths is morbidly obese, to the point where her stomach ''ripped through her dress'' and she has to move around by means of a mobility scooter. She also belches, farts, and weaponizes her vomit throughout most of the battle, after eating ''whole burgers in one bite''. If the developers wanted to make a psychopath based on [[SevenDeadlySins gluttony]], they certainly took it UpToEleven.

Taken UpToEleven in ''Anime/Persona4TheAnimation''. In the middle of her verbal beatdown to Rise, the Shadow produces six clones of herself: one in sports clothes, another in kimono, one as a cheerleader, etc. Seeing these "six sides" would be hot... if not for the six siding with Shadow Rise and ganging up on the crying real one, [[BreakingLecture verbally bullying the emotionally exhausted girl until she gives in and screams that neither is her]].
