The Scarlet Witch is killed by a sniper while she leaves for a walk with Quicksilver, and the Brotherhood attacks the mansion afterwards so that Magneto reclaims her body. He leaves to the Savage Land, and Quicksilver joins him. The killer was Ultron, who had built an army of robot versions of the Ultimates. The real Ultimates defeat their counterparts and Ultron, and Quicksilver seems to be killed in the battle. Magneto, having lost both of his sons, swears vengueance.
