I'll admit it: Kiddy Grade was a guilty pleasure. The plot was nonsensical at the beginning, the fan service was out of control, and the title made me feel like a perverted creep whenever I tried to search for a new episode.
Kiddy Girl-and takes all of these things and multiplies them to epic proportions. I was expecting a continuation of Kiddy Grade, but Kiddy Girl-and is like some kid's cartoon designed to babysit hyperactive, unwanted stepchildren. The main character is SO ANNOYING that I wanted to strangle her within the first 5 minutes. What a let-down!
