Delta's Mind Hack abilities could be seen as Ass Pull since it's an easy way to get the characters to do what they wouldn't normally do with an easy explanation and that unlike the series' other Esper powers, it isn't nearly as elaborately explained, though some decision points do foreshadow this too.
Yeah, no. This ability was mentioned as early as 999 when Light explained morphogenetic fields to Junpei. "Now imagine that milion people would do hand-stand right now. Tomorrow the probability of you doing a hand-stand would increase even if you never heard about this hypothetical hand-stand. Now imagine a person with the same effect as these million people".probably not a perfect quote but you get the idea. Seven also mentioned experiments on "controling" people, when he was talking about the First Nonary Game, and game mechanics heavily hints that Akane was guiding Junpei through morphogenetic fields essentially using weaker version of that ability. Delta being esper was mentioned in VLR so not an asspull either. While the ability in this form hadn't appeared before the possibility was always there.
How some people feel about the revelation that Q is not the masked kid, but an old man in a wheelchair who always happened to be off-screen in every scene he was in (and is also Zero). To those in that camp, the twist comes out of nowhere, creates Plot Holes, and only serves to confuse the player.
I've counted 18 entries of foreshadowing for that particular twist on the main page. What exacly "plot holes" ar created by this specific twist?
