Question (since there's not a Headscratchers page yet): How exactly do "pressurized tanks" improve the job quality at a factory? I understand skylights, ventilation, etc., but pressurized storage tanks?

I know nobody will read this but, it's Tropico! the garage description says that cars magically appears out of nowhere, so pressurized tanks should improves job quality somehow

I always figured it was because they know they wont explode now.
