I think this page should be split into folders. The tropes section is huge.

Should we add tropes found in user related content here?

Should we start up a Fanfic Rec page for Spore? Cuz I know of a few Galactic Adventures that could qualify as being recommendation-worthy.

Go ahead. Remember to use the Fanfic Recommendations formatting.

I think we could use a YMMV page for this.

I'm feeling strangely happy now, contented and serene. Oh don't you see, finally I'll be, somewhere that's green...

Moved from main page under Space Compression:

  • Which is normal. Earth's Equator is roughly 40000 kilometers. 40000 km in 30 seconds equals 1333.333 kilometers per second (0,004 times light speed), which is nearly the double of the escape velocity of our Sun (and spaceships can close in and later escape larger stars on sub-light). Is reality realistic?
o More realistic, I think, than ignoring the escape velocity of the planet you're orbiting, which for Earth is ~11km/s. How do you keep a spacecraft in orbit at a hundred and twenty times that velocity?
  • Disregarding that, Spore planets are really, really small. Going by scale, your spaceship would be about the size of Madagascar, with cities the size of Europe.

What with all of these "()" over most of the text? It's inconsistant.

(First post for me. Yay!)
