I'm not sure, honestly. I managed that too, but in all three sessions I played (late 2021 on Switch), I consistently kept the child as clean as I could manage via the face wash and regular clothing changes during the period for which they were bath-phobic. I have no idea if the person who wrote the entry gave up to soon or just had another approach.

I managed to get the child to bathe again after Mr. Solheim. Was it a patch, or did I just strike a good playthrough?
