The page quote and image caption are really similar and the redundancy of what they're expressing is bugging me, would it be okay to look for a replacement for either one?
Edited by Nouct Hide / Show RepliesI mostly just... ignored those similar caption/quote for months, haha. But yeah, feel free to change them. If the replacement Quote existed on the Quotes tab though... I guess it will have to be deleted/moved from there to this page.
With Great Power, Comes Great MotivationOkay I swapped out the page quote for the trailer quote, since the page caption is the tagline.
So as a bit of discussion concerning the character pages:
- I personally think the character images should be set for 350; they're detailed enough that even at 300, they lose enough detail to be noticeable.
- I had originally been trying to set up the nameplates under the folders (denoted by the double exclamation points) to only be used if we knew at least part of a character's actual name (such as "Olivia Silence" or "Lyra" for Perfumer). Having the codename repeated several times simply feels redundant. You can see an example of how this is supposed to look at Granblue Fantasy Story Characters (compare, say, Lyria (who has only one name) to Katalina (whose full name is known)); would there be any objection to setting up the character pages like that?
Edited by SpaceDrake Hide / Show RepliesNo objections for either point. I simply set the image size to 300 since there didn't seem to be some sort of agreement on it. As for the nameplates I put down there, those are more like placeholders, since I haven't really had the time to read their profiles to learn the operators' real names. I'll begin to replace these once I'm done with the Specialists, or you could lend a hand if you want to, which I'll be very appreciative of.
I think I made an oopsie in one example (I admit I should've consulted on a discussion first).
Is "Kevin" being made into an actual character an Ascended Meme or an Ascended Fan Nickname? (The latter is a new trope, BTW) I changed the Ascended Meme entry into an Ascended Fan Nickname on the basis that (IIRC) "Kevin" started off as a Fan Nickname, then moved it into the Trivia page because of the Ascended Fan Nickname trope's type... But in retrospect, it looked like the former Ascended Meme trope can still apply in some way?
