Does anyone else think that a lot of the tropes on this page (like JFK and Jackie being listed under Celebrity Cameo for fuck's sake!) are more than a little tasteless? Just because it's a famous piece of footage shot on a camera doesn't mean we should treat it like any other piece of fictional media. Might as well add a Darker and Edgier trope while we're at it...

Yeah, to be honest, I'd vote for this page to be deleted. It's a real event, so it can't use tropes, at least not intentionally... sure, it's the sort of thing tropes are BASED on, but isn't that what the "Real Life" section of trope pages is for?
Take this page out. The humor isn't funny and this borders on 'Reelz Channel garbage produced by scum' creepy.

Agreed. This should fall under Useful Notes if anything. It's not really a film at all, just a home recording that happens to be historically relevant

Useful Notes, at the most, with no tropes attached, but outright deleting it seems a good choice as well.

Troping amateur footage of an actual, honest-to-god murder like it was an experimental film with actors playing roles is just wrong. I do agree that this might deserve a Useful Notes, but as it stands this is in HORRIBLE taste and extremely disrespectful to the people involved.
