Perhaps Minecraft counts? It runs the gambit of the regular game's achievement to deal ten hearts of damage in one hit, to the mod Avaritia adding a sword that literally deals infinity damage, sets the target's health to 0, and runs the /kill command.

Do you think Kairosoft's Dungeon Village counts? For the dragons, if your characters are well geared and you have a lot of them, they can very quickly defeat the dragon bosses, it seems. (Of course, it can take in-game months if they are badly geared, or if you have too little gold to send a lot.)

While I'm at it, Factorio has some stellar examples. There's the base game, with players regularly using nuclear bombs as deforestation tools. If you get into mods, there's automated orbital ion cannons and click-and-annihilate nuclear artillery.
