Just a quick note but listing rent as pcm is very common in the uk in response to a few landlords who tried to define a month as 28 days, paid weekly, allowing them to advertise rent around 8% lower than it really is. Thus other landlords listed their rent as pcm to show themselves as responsible. The acronym is a throwback to newspaper adverts charging per word.
The ringbox. Does Amy remember Rory from it or does she simply think the Doctor is going to propose to her? She did wonder why he was being so nice to her recently...
I don't know, maybe I missed something but do you think?
Hide / Show RepliesIf it does turn out to be significant I want you all to know I totally fucking called it already.
"Yup. That tasted purple."I'm thinking she remembers. She's shocked, staring into space, there's a cut to the cracks, and she's crying. Like how Van Gogh notices that she's crying without her actually realizing it.
Actor, Writer, Gamer, Skeptic and Dreamer.I'm loathe to start chanelling Light, but...
I knew it. I knew it! I KNEW IT!
(cough)
Sorry.
"Yup. That tasted purple."
I don't quite understand the Fridge Horror about the numbers in the Tardis. The number 9 was confirmed as being extremely very not good, but when it goes down to -3, I didn't get the idea at all that that was worse! I always interpreted it as the higher the number, the greater the danger, so -3 would in fact be very safe (if somewhat confusing, how can one have "negative" danger? Then again, this is Doctor Who we're talking about...) There was one point during the episode where Amy was in trouble with a 9 showing, then when the danger passed it went down to 5, so I don't quite understand how you can interpret it the other way round.
