Not sure if I'm doing this right, but looking at this page, it's got a lot of examples that...aren't. Japan strictly controls the language you're allowed to use in media. Not even, say, Deadman Wonderland can drop f-bombs, let alone Naruto or Bleach. Any language like that was added in by fansubbers.
Now, once a show has been licensed the dubbing company may choose to adjust the language to match the maturity level of the material, so those quotes are fine, but any quote from the original material claiming to have a fuck or shit in it is wrong.
Obviously there can still be situations where a Precision F Strike applies, it just won't have an actual 'f'.
