Does anybody know how to repair the Hottip at the bottom of the article? It's supposed to include "and John Watson)" but cuts off at the first "]]" after the hottip symbol.

Fixed it with the new "note" markup (see Text-Formatting Rules for details). If you want to have a note label different than "note", use [[labelnote:somelabel]] instead.
