It seems to me the "Early Morning" section is the most fitting.

There is a trope for afternoon/evening—the 3:00 to 6:00 pm [15:00-18:00] snark [snark in the sense of Lewis Carroll's "Hunting of the Snark": "What I tell you three times is true." That young people are particularly likely to get into trouble of any sort between 3:00 and 6:00 pm is often cited as established fact. It's likely that there is some truth to this in that many young people have little or no adult supervision during these hours, but there is not much actual evidence that this is the case.
