The main description states that this trope is Truth in Television because, as it claims, people rarely used to bathe until modern times and points to The Dung Ages (about this myth as it relates to the medieval period), but this is completely untrue; communal bathing has been a staple of life in nearly every society since ancient Greece. This example may have confused the relatively modern emergence of bathing in private for the concept of bathing in general, but it seems out of order to have completely incorrect information as a supposed real-world example regardless. Also seems kind of unnecessary/PSOC-y to point out the existence of real people who rarely bathe in general, but this is up to interpretation.

On-page examples should be split into “Filthy Examples” and “Messy Examples”.

Subverted somehow in the video game GTA San Andreas. There, we have "The Pig's Pen Strip Club", the biggest strip club in the fictional recreation of Los Angeles, and the second biggest strip club in the game, beaten only by the Pleasure Domes in San Fierro (San Francisco). The palce itself is pretty clean but, being a strip club.....
