Cut this entry. Even when overlooking Thread Mode and use of first person, there seems to be no actual example. If Siegmund and Sieglinde had sex knowing they were siblings, it's not Surprise Incest (and also Not A Subversion, because the trope is never set up to occur). The remark about the Gibichungs being "pretty suspicious" is incomprehensible. Whether Siegfried and Brünnhilde count depends entirely on what happened between them. The example does not say.
- The Ring Cycle. In which Siegmund gets away with Sieglinde, who's his twin sister, and they become the parents of Siegfried, the ultimate superhero. Later, Siegfried marries his aunt, Brünnhilde... (Both the twins and Brünnhilde are Wotan's children. Don't even make me start about Wotan's love interests, he's a Casanova.) And in some performances, the Gibichungs are pretty suspicious too. Actually these examples are also subversions as Siegmund and Sieglinde only have sex after finding out they are siblings and Brünnhilde knows exactly who Siefried is when he awkens her due to her gift of prophecy (that she does not tell him she is his aunt is another matter).

The trope page image only works because of its notability. I recommend that we use the last two panels of this comic◊ from Hiimdaisy's Ace Attorney comic.
In between Not Even Human and Not Quite Human
I have some serious doubt about this example. Aside from the swimming lesson, I don't really remember any indication that either of them is attracted to the other. While she DID tease him during the lesson, it was just a playful tease, without any implication that she has any intention of taking it any further. And more importantly, it's heavily implied that she KNEW, or at the very least strongly suspected that he's her brother, so it wasn't really a surprise.
