Would this count? There are two games with "Dragon *blank*: Origins" as titles. One being based on the Dragon Ball license and exclusive to DS under Atari and later Namco Bandai, the other is a then new RPG IP released by Bioware and EA. Both released in the west almost a year apart from one another.

Does real vs fiction count like Names The Same. Because I wanted to add:

I'm wondering if the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. film and the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. to be included.

The latter is directly inspired from the former but it's officially an unrelated work.

Doesn't count. Both are adapations of Roadside Picnic, so they are related.

Let's just say and leave it at that.
