Would this count? There are two games with "Dragon *blank*: Origins" as titles. One being based on the Dragon Ball license and exclusive to DS under Atari and later Namco Bandai, the other is a then new RPG IP released by Bioware and EA. Both released in the west almost a year apart from one another.
