Removed this Zero Context Example. It can be put back once it has some explanation or desctription so it will make an interesting read.

I don't watch the show enough to be able to put in a good version of it, but one bit in Buffy The Vampire Slayer, this happened to someone and she said something about seeing him change from beefcake to beef jerky. Could someone who remembers it better add this?
Should the example from Lost should be removed? I didn't watch the show but the description fits a different trope altogether (Mortality Ensues) and the example is listed there.
