I am kind of bothered by the widespread removal. A lot of what I remember being there was a matter of fact rather than a matter of opinion. For example, Fox New\\\'s financial contribution to Republican party canidates is a matter of public record. Now whether that represents bias in their \\\'\\\'reporting\\\'\\\' of the news is a matter of opinion, but the description made no such assertion beyond \\\"make of that what you will\\\".

Glynth\\\'s note at the begining was pretty damn confrontational though. From the tone it sounds like he or she was trying to get an EditWar started, which is why we have the RuleOfCautiousEditingJudgement. Yes, we try to keep the BanOnPolitics and remove politically subjective elements, or for that matter shoving political BerserkButton issues into the page (that will just prompt an EditWar.) But we should be free to add basic things which are not matters of opinion. To use Fox\\\'s own phrase, \\\"We report, you decide.\\\"

And Glynth, yes, there are a few people who occasionally come to the page and add something hostile. When someone interested in maintaining the peace notices it, it usually gets deleted or mitigated into something with a less inflamatory tone. I think that you perhaps overestimate the number of people on this wiki who would do so, but a channel like Fox News tends to attract heated opinions so it is understandable a few would gravitate here and vent. The best we can do is just try to keep it clean. But what you have been doing only escalates the issue, rather than solves it. I would ask you to not come here so (seemingly) spoiling for a fight.
