Would Mecha-Hitler from Wolfenstein 3D count? How about Ghor from Metroid Prime 3?
Would it be accurate to say the cutting off point between Mini-Mecha and it's larger cousin is "Mini Mecha cockpits are the body, while the larger ones have cockpits in the body.
