Trying to figure out a way to clean up the Geist: The Sin-Eaters example a bit; Synergy is a measure of how much like a single entity the Sin-Eater behaves (as opposed to acting like a geist and a human stuck together) and "The Wretched" is a name for Synergy-0 Bound on account of Synergy-0 signifying the two being completely separate — the geist and the Bound switch control of the body around now and again with no memory of what the other did.

Anyone have any suggestions for integrating this into the existing example?

I'm cutting way back on the Bioshock 2 description on account of a lot of inaccuracies.

  • You don't have to harvest to save a Little Sister. You can bring her to a vent to save her at any time, barring the first level. (Which forces you to adopt her and harvest corpses regardless of karmic choice there.)
  • This is the only citation of "Lieutenants of Lamb" Google turned up, and I'm pretty sure it's never mentioned in-game. I could be wrong on that, but I'd need to see some kind of reliable source that that's an official title.
  • There are only three (the description would imply that there are more, given that it refers to two distinct categories with plural members) NPC kill/don't kill choices outside of the Little Sisters.
  • Only one of the above rewards you, and the rewards are pretty minor. (Compared to tonics from Little Sisters, they're short-term and/or can be purchased normally.)

I'm pretty sure the Bioshock 1 voiceover difference depends on killed some vs. killed all, not killed one vs. killed multiple, but I'd need a second opinion to back that up.
