So is this a trope or not? It seems like more of an informative discussion over two weapons, and that it'd be too general as a trope for action series in general.
Specialty: Laser Guided Spellchecks on blatant misspellings. No that's not a trope. Hide / Show Replies

It's a trope, it has an examples section. The trope pretty much means one character has a sword, one character has a gun, make them fight.

I'd like to know too. Should we take this to the Forum?
EDIT: Managed to track down the image's uploader via the image list, and PM'd him/her about its origin.

What exactly is this Trope? Is it about two characters are contrasted with each other by their weapons (one uses a gun, the other uses a sword), a debate which weapon is cooler, or a fight where one uses a gun vs one uses a sword? There seems to be examples of all three?
