Literal Emperors who also happen to be scientists (and there have been a couple) are Royals Who Actually Do Something." — seems to have fallen by the wayside in the "Real Life" section.

There's a bit of an issue with this trope: many of the entries are about Emperors who happen to be scientists, but of the regular kind - in a kind of technocracy.
This trope though talks about them having to be a Mad Scientist.
Would it be worth taking to TRS, or something else?
