we need a index/list for the different tropes about types of elementals ether as a drop down or as seprate page like how elements of nature is for elemental power
Should a separate trope be made specifically for Undine, Salamander, Gnome, and Slyph?
Those four appear to be special compared to the ____ Elementals that are constantly thought up in games like World Of Warcraft.
When a creator add these 4 into their story/game, they always add these 4 specifically rather than pure coincidence. They almost always come in a set (you rarely see a work with just one or two of them), and they seem the be a lot more prominent. And there are tons of examples of games/fantasy settings that features these 4 representing their own elementals, Lost Magic, Secret Of Mana, Final Fantasy, etc.
